For years this was a recording you could only get on tape if you had a friend who had a friend who had a copy. If you did have a copy, it was shit and all you got was buzzing. Thankfully, it has been restored and it is gorgeous! This is the earliest recording of Sandy Denny and she is playing with Alex Campbell, an unsung Scottish folk singer, at his home in Glasgow. The duo play a round of folk classics and a few originals. At the end you feel like you’ve had a few pints with your best friends.
