This is another project from the gorgeous Seattle singer/songwriter Grant Olsen. He also brought us the wonderful Arthur & Yu record a few years back, so I was immediately excited to hear this. Thankfully, it delivers. Hints of '60s psychedelic, folk, and plenty of reverb, this album suits any mood you’re in. It’s one of those rare records that can be a perfect soundtrack for a Sunday drive OR a Friday night get together with friends (especially if pot is involved). I believe Grant has one of the best voices in the country, evoking emotion without being too cheesy or forced. Magical little songs these are, and timeless they will most definitely be.
